The Shameful Ruling by the Freiburg District Court

For 40 years now, the periodical Ketzerbriefe (Heretics’ Letters – message in a bottle for non-conformist thoughts) has been published by AHRIMAN Publishing House. Like the entire publishing program, it represents a valuable loophole in censorship for a steadily growing readership in the face of ever more sophisticated enforced conformity, but one that is a (clearly painful) thorn in the side of those who enforce conformity and is therefore increasingly under threat. Even a cursory glance at the wide range of publications – think of the writings in the tradition of the unadulterated psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud and Wilhelm Reich, the works following in the footsteps of Marx and Engels, Lenin and Trotsky, or the series “Unerwünschte Bücher zum Faschismus” (Unwanted Books on Fascism), which is in the spirit of genuine (rather than brazenly mendacious) anti-fascism, etc. – reveals the publisher's unshakable roots in the European Enlightenment, which stands for reason and a love of truth, for freedom of expression and religion, and in particular for Jewish emancipation, which is also evident from the fact that AHRIMAN Publishing House has the highest proportion of Jewish authors in the German-speaking world (apart from purely religious publishers). The nature of those enforcing conformity is evident in the fact that AHRIMAN Publishing House has been boycotted and deliberately damaged for decades through advertisement censorship1, and now demonstrably also by means of postal and telecommunications censorship, and that posters advertising AHRIMAN events are routinely and brazenly censored by parastatal poster companies (most recently for the lecture at the Frankfurt Book Fair on the book "Lebe billig, stirb beizeiten! (Live cheaply – die early enough! The destruction of the people's health care system – from prescription fees to the W'H'O dictatorship"). Against the backdrop of isolating it as much as possible, this boycott aims not only to cause maximum damage to the publishing house, but ultimately to destroy it. As an obvious sign of this, the Soros-affiliated internet platform “perspektive” has recently been spreading the outrageous lie that AHRIMAN “regularly publishes anti-Semitic books”. The infamous slander and insult of all publishing house colleagues and authors is unmatched in its absurdity and malice and corresponds exactly to the truthfulness of medieval ritual murder legends (Jews would slaughter Christian children, use their blood to bake their matzos and commit sacrilege against the host), which at the time provided the pretext for disenfranchisement and pogroms. Lies, lies and more lies: delirious, power-backed, bent on destruction.

AHRIMAN Publishing House filed a lawsuit against the slanderers over a year ago, but the Freiburg District Court dismissed the case in the first instance with a truly shameful ruling. AHRIMAN Publishing House has meanwhile filed an appeal with the Higher District Court in Karlsruhe.

1 The newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung kicked things off in 1985 when it refused to publish a paid advertisement for our brochure "Das Mittelalter lebt! (The Middle Ages are alive, Documentation on the criminal prosecution of opponents of the Church in the FRG”) and shortly afterwards refused to publish the advertisements – which were, of course, also paid for – for the AHRIMAN pamphlet No. 3 on “Bhagwan” and for the book “Jasenovac – the Yugoslav Auschwitz and the Vatican” by Vladimir Dedijer (also available in English). This was followed by the Frankfurter Rundschau and taz, which suppressed advertisements for “Die Sterne sind Zeugen” (The Stars bear Witnesses, Memoirs of Bernard Goldstein, leader of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising) and “Rote Saat” (Red Seed) by French resistance fighter and concentration camp prisoner Jules Fourrier. Since then, the advertising boycott by all major German-language newspapers has been watertight.
